Order Disclosures
Please read all information thoroughly before placing your order.
All orders require 100% payment upfront to secure your date UNLESS your order is placed more than 3 weeks in advance; in which then your order will require a 50% down payment to secure your date and the remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your order date. Please be aware that your order is NOT confirmed until payment is received. If you decide to hold off on payment for any reason, T-Vents has the discretion to confirm or deny your order date. Order dates are on a first come first serve basis and payment is the ONLY way to secure your date. If we discuss a day for you to submit payment and the payment is not received, I will send out a reminder. If the reminder is disregarded and payment has still not been received, I will send out a second reminder. After the second reminder and the order has not been paid for, the order will be canceled. Once your order has been finalized, there will not be any changes to your order. If for any reason there needs to be a change to your order, including delivery decisions, you will be charged a $25 convenience fee plus any other fees you may have accrued for any modifications.
Refund Policy:
If your order is 3 weeks or more out from your due date you can request a full refund minus 10% for cancellation fees.
If your order is within 14 days (2 weeks) out from your due date, you will receive a 10% refund.
If your order is 7 days or less from your due date, you will not receive a refund.
You will be refunded with the same method of payment you used to pay for your order.
Delivery Method and Policy:
There are 4 methods of receiving your order: Pickup, Delivery, Meet-Ups, and Shipping.
Pickup
This method is completely free. Once your order is processed, you will receive the pickup address.
Delivery & Meet-Up
This method has fees associated with it and the fees will be determined based on the location of delivery. There will be a $.80 charge per mile for each delivery within a 30 mile radius of Douglasville, GA. Anything past the 30 mile radius will be subject to an additional $1.20 per mile charge.
Please Note - Due to increasing gas prices, delivery fees may fluctuate. The prices reflected above may not always be accurate during this time.
Shipping
This method is only available on select items and shipping fees will vary depending on the order. Please be aware that shipping delays may occur and is out of my control. When choosing this method, you acknowledge that items could arrive damaged and freshness could be of a lower quality.
Payment:
PayPal
You will receive an invoice with all the information pertaining to your order including the actual order, receiving method, and any other relevant information to your order. You will also receive a copy of the order disclosures for your records. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refund will be given once you have received your order.
Other Disclosures
If you choose to pick up your order and transport it yourself, T-Vents is not liable nor responsible for your order once it has left our premises. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide onto your order. T-Vents will do everything in their power to make sure we provide well-structured and quality products, but please keep in mind that some items could be fragile and could break or be damaged if not taken care of. Drive carefully and slowly.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their order is picked up or they are at the delivery location at the coordinated date and time. If the order is not picked up or the customer is not at the pickup destination on the date and time discussed prior to payment, T-Vents reserve the right to charge an inconvenience fee of $25-$50 depending on the size of the order. T-Vents also reserves the right to cancel the order with no refund given, with or without letting the customer know.
If you are unable to meet at the prior discussed date or time please let T-Vents know at least 48 hours in advance so that a new date and/or time can be coordinated. Please note, new dates and times are not always guaranteed, however, T-Vents will do their best to accommodate where possible.
By submitting payment, you, the customer, agree that T-Vents is not liable for any order that you may not receive due to you, the customer, not picking up your order or being at the delivery location at the pre-discussed time and date. You also agree that you will not submit a dispute because you take full responsibility for why your order has not been received.
**Submitting an order is acknowledging and agreeing to all of the above policies and procedures.
